Suzanne has pioneered storytelling research and used stories in practice. Her practical knowledge is writting in Storytelling Handbook (Boom, 2008). With a solid foundation on scientific research for her Master of Corporate Communication thesis (2005) and her doctoral thesis Time for stories (expect Winter 2012) based on her research at he Dutch Customs and Tax Authorities.
