Interactive intervention

Lived or sensemaking stories are little change devices in themselves; they connect and engage. Stories link official, management language with the organizational discourse (taal). Through interactive intervention the formal and informal organization find are connected. Stories engage leaders with their followers or the “work floor” and help structure and culture to find each other (theme’s). Management future stories are connected to the past and the present as people experience and perceive it today. Past, present and future become logical and synchronised (time).
In her assignments, Suzanne works closely with the board, management, HR or Communication professionals.
